I have read several accounts of Phen messing with TOM. Either the women weren't getting periods at all, or it was extremely heavy and painful.

My personal experience was constant light spotting that would NEVER go away. It was very frustrating. I tried taking a break from the Phen for a week, but it didn't change anything. I decided to just take the pills again, lose the weight, and deal with the effects afterward.

I have a Dr appt next week to see about b/c pills. I'm hoping that will even things out.

Good luck!
