Yes, many lesbians are mothers. Lesbians are women, and women can get pregnant. Not by themselves, but with the help of some male sperm.

Lesbians can have children in many ways:

1. Artificial Insemination, in which sperm is injected into the uterus of the lesbian.

3. In the case of a couple, the two women can decide to take the egg/s from one of them, fertilize it with a donor sperm in a test tube (in-vitro), and then implant the fertilized egg (embryo), into the other woman's uterus.
