I had the same problem with this girl I knew, I wrote her poetry, I talked to her, but in the end she saw something in the other guy that I didn't have. I would say your best bet would be to confront her about your feelings because if she is yours she will understand and explain. I wish you the best of luck, hope that this helped, I honestly do.
