If you are under the age of 17, virtually NO shop will touch you. If not for the legality behind this, it is usually that shops don't want to earn the street cred as being the sort of shop that works on minors. This is something that all of us tattoo artists strive for. Keeping a clean name is just as important as keeping a clean shop.
