This is caused by progesterone. I have this myself and im not pregnant. It can be pregnancy related but you would be over 3 months pregnant if this was the case. Still see your doctor about this. Breast and nipple changes need to be examined.
ACTUALLY, you can get Colostrum leaking from your breasts at 4wks. it is clear-ish and can be squeezed out if you try. Colostrum is produced to get your body ready for breastfeeding. If you want more answers Google it, because the majority of answers from all kinds of sites might make you feel better.

When you are pregnant those small bumps leak fluid to help lubricate your nipple to help it not dry out.

Yes
This could be pregnancy related if your about 3 months along yes or a nipple discharge cause by drinking too much coffee or a nipple infection. Do a test and see your doctor.
yes, some women have the same problem, due to the pressure of the babies it can cause a tear in the bladder.
They can seep meat juice if you consume enough fat. Happened to me once
I don't know about the tingling, but that milky substance... is milk. Women generally start producing milk when they become pregnant. Either way, you might want to see a doctor.
It is sometimes normal if they have been pregnant for a while.
It is definitely not a good idea. Any form of nipple stimulation, squeezing, sucking or pumping, can release Oxytocin which can cause contractions. At 25 weeks, this is definitely not something you want to happen. I'd don't think it's unsafe, but it's not recommended. There is no reason that you should need to do this. Your milk will come in on it's own after the baby is born. If it is getting squeezed out on accident. then it is probably OK. Just be a bit more careful, it's not at all necessary to do. I am also 25 weeks pregnant. My doctor told me not to squeeze colostrum from my nipples or even stimulate them very much, doing so can release oxitotion (I don't know the correct spelling) which can cause contractions, and lead to premature labor. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! I am 30 weeks pregnant and I was wondering the same thing cuz mine only leak if I squeeze them but my husband says that when he sucks on them he doesn't notice anything coming out so I was wondering if that's normal or not. Also if it's not ok to squeeze, suck, or pump then how come people can breast feed while pregnant and have no early contractions??
