From what Ive been told, yes. As long as you don't go too far, don't bother anyone else, for example, don't block the screen from people behind you, don't bother people next to you, and don't make loud sounds such as sucking each others faces sounds. But other than that, you're fine. so, i recommend you sit in an isolated place if you're planning to make out.
