Well, I know that a couple of my friends as well as me have had very heavy periods for a long time (a few months straight even) after restarting the pill. I think you're body just needs to readjust to the effects of the pill when starting it for the first time.. or starting it again after being off it for awhile. I spoke to my doctor and she told me it was normal and that my period would return to normal after some time... and if it didn't to let her know. As for heavy periods not related to the pill, I'm not sure if that is bad... you should check it out with your doctor.
This is not unusual when a woman begins menapause, you can be at risk for anemia from blood loss with these heavy periods
Horrible. See a doctor. STAT
No it is not bad, as some ladies have a heavy period for one month and then a light one or they may have two heavy periods and then one light one also.
The longest 2 weeks if not to bad then 5 days
I think the last for a few weeks. I am not sure though. I have had some green apples in my fridge for about 4 weeks and they are not bad yet.
i have been on my period for mroe than 2 weeks before now and it has only happened a coulpe of times. it is not unusual to have irregular periods but if this continues then consult your Dr.
not necessarily your period could be changing when it is going to start so it bleeds close to your last period.
Untill it starts smellin bad.
If you are still going through puberty, your period may not sort itself out for a regular cycle for years to come. It's not a bad thing.
Go to see your doctor - there's medication to make you less likely to throw up, painkillers for the cramps, and also medication to reduce your flow if your periods are so heavy it causes problems for you.
well some women can have there period last for several weeks and for a whole month.. so i guess its not bad.. ask your doctor in case.
no i dont think anything is wrong. if your periods are close together, then the pains might just be because of the ovary releasing the egg sooner then expected and they are possibly just normal period pains like every one else gets.Periods causes pain because it is something that is coming from the body and you are losing a lot of blood. Some people do not hurt while having a period.
