I have a Star Leader double barrel .410 shot gun. It is actually made by Cresent Arms out of Norwitch CT. as a hardware store model sold under the name selected by the particular hardware store that ordered it. Since it is a Cresent Arms it would be valued as such and could bring slightly more or less depending on the collector for its uniqueness. The last gun show where I had mine appraised it appraised at $1800.00 but I was offered 2000 for it as I walked around. Mine has a serial number of 47488 and was purchased in 1929 by my grandfather in or around Good Hope ILL.
about $400 if in fine condition.

The Batavia Leader was a model of shotgun made by the Baker Gun Co in New York from c.1903-1933. They were good quality shotguns in their day and high-condition original specimens are becoming moderately collectable.
