However from personal experience at 195lbs after a week of just regular exercise and dumping water like no other and staying on a high fiber diet, as gross as it sounds your stool is nothing but waste and fat especially if they float. after that by you a at home testing kit if pass on that go take your test and even if you think your clean still start peeing then fill to the line using the mid stream, then finish in the toilet. And going in with watered down urine in some cases raise a eyebrow and if anal about it can have more in depth testing done
