Why is breakfast bad if not ate?
The term breakfast itself means to literally break the fast from
not eating since dinner the previous day. It is important to eat
breakfast so that your body does not enter starvation mode. Once
your body enters starvation mode, you will experience an extreme
decrease in energy and your body will resort to eating what it has,
which is typically muscle mass. Once you eat after starvation mode
has kicked in, your body will hold on to every calorie you intake
until it is sure your are going to feed it on a regular basis,
which will cause you to gain weight.
