It has to do with nutrients and what your body needs to sustain itself. The body needs water to stay hydrated and nutrients, such as the five main nutrients, to stay healthy. If you are eating a poor diet, the consequences will be poor health.

The five main nutrients and what they do are:

Protein- growth repair and maintnence

Fat- Provides energy ad is stored under skin, and it is wrapped around you main organs to protect them from getting damaged.

Carbohydrates- Energy for body.

Vitamins- regulates the maintenance and growth in the body, controls melbonic reactions in cells

Minerals- control of body process (nerve impulses)

Poor diet can lead to Heart disease, memory loss, and other conditions.
