If you list your rifles serial number in this question,we can determine the correct year of production for your Winchester model 1892 rifle.
The Winchester Model 64 was serialized in the same range as the Model 1894, and since the Model 64 was not introduced until 1933 (over serial number 1000000) there is no Model 64 bearing the serial number you list. The Model 1894 (or '94') with that serial number is approx 1909. sales@countrygunsmith.net
You can determine the manufacturing date of a Winchester Model 1300 by researching the serial number. The first two letters in the serial number will indicate the year of production. Winchester's website or a gun manufacturer database can help you decode this information.
The Winchester model 94 30-30 was produced between 1894 and 1980. A gun dealer would be a good place to find a list of the serial numbers for all those years.
The Model 97 stopped production in 1957 with a serial number of a little over 1000000. The serial number you list did not exist. sales@countrygunsmith.net
IIRC, the BATFE Curio and Relic list might have the answer.
Standard model list price: $99.95
You need to list the model number too.

The sn you list does not have enough digits.
The answer appears to be 1916. Try this website for a list of Winchester Model 12 Serial numbers http://www.mchenry-sc.org/Engineering/Model_12.htm
I checked the entire list of Winchester model numbers going back to 1866, and there is no mention of a Winchester Model 39. The only two Winchester models with two-digit numbers beginning with "3" were both shotguns, not .22 caliber.
