ditto doesn't evolve, or learn any other moves. the purpose of ditto is to use transform, which turns you in to your oponent's pokemon, that gives you the moves they have.
example:
ditto vs. pikachu
ditto turns into pikachu and can use pikachu's moves. (thunderbolt, etc.)
....
those r the only other moves ditto can use besides its own
Shaymin can learn a variety of moves, including Seed Flare, Air Slash, Energy Ball, and Earth Power. It can also learn support moves like Leech Seed, Synthesis, and Healing Wish.
Yes, Tyranitar can learn Earthquake via leveling up or using a TM. Earthquake is a powerful Ground-type move that complements Tyranitar's Rock and Dark-type moves in battle.

A Ditto's DNA code is unique to each individual and is composed of sequences of nucleotides in its genome. Ditto has a flexible genetic structure that allows it to transform into other Pokemon by rearranging its genetic code. The exact DNA sequence of a Ditto would depend on its specific form at any given time.

The only move a Ditto can learn is Transform. However, when it transforms into an opponent, it will have the use of that Pokemon's moves for the period of the transformation.
They're moves the Pokemon can only learn as an egg. When breeding two Pokemon, the baby will be the species of the female, and have the moves of the father. If you're breeding with a Ditto, the baby will always have the species and moves of the non-Ditto Pokemon.

If they are not level 100, they have the ability to level up and learn moves that you don't want your Pokemon to know. My advice is that you keep your Pokemon with you. You can keep a Ditto in there if you want because Ditto cannot learn any other moves beside Transform.
If you breed it with a Ditto or another Weavile, (of the opposite gender) it should start to learn moves.
Here are opinions and answers from FAQ Farmers: * Smeragle and Ditto can both be found in Emerald. However, these Pokemon (in the old games had no limitations) can learn moves from one another, causing moves being learned that should not be learned. * In the newer games, Smeragle cannot learn Transform and Ditto cannot use Sketch (it will always fail).
