It is good for millet and is not good for other plants. It is a weird subject. Millet grows faster when coca cola is added. No, I do not think that it helps plants other than millet. Water is best for plants.

Soda may produce a hypertonic environment, which would cause plant cells to lose water and wiltcertain types of soda, such as Coca Cola and Sprite, in fact, have a negative effect on plants! We all know that plants need water and carbon dioxide to live, but soft drinks cause infection to plants by weakening their immune systems, as well as kill the roots. My results were that the Coca-Cola plants died quicker, grew smaller, and did not grow more leaves.

I think it does because i di a science fair project the tomatoes tasted like a coke flavor and it grew faster than the water did
