Since i had my last child and had the tubal i have had some major weight problems. I am having a lot of trouble losing the pregnancy weight and when i do the proper diet and exercise i still gain weight at times
I had my tubes tied in November of 2004. After my first child I lost all my weight and then some, my second child I lost 95% of my weight but actually gained weight after my 3rd which is also when my tubal was done. I completely regret my decision and hate the side effects. I would love to get it reversed since I'm easily 60 lbs heavier than I was before but it is so expensive... :(
Yes ,I too have had the same problem can't lose weight and I have used a personal trainer ,and ate a low calorie ,and low carb diet and can't lose weight either.My trainer is shocked ,and can't believe after all the hard work that I still can't lose weight. I had my tubal ligation ,and as soon as I had it done i gained weight the day after my last child was born. Was actually fatter after he was born ,and after I had tubal ligation done.Something is totally wrong cause I can't lose any weight no matter how much I exercise or diet.Sorry u r having the same problem as me and many other women .
That's a load of garbage probably just another poor excuse to put on weight as women say when they have had kids. I have had 4 kids and had my tubes tied. I have not put on a kilo however, my DIET stays the same. You are what you eat!!!
WOW, you have a lot of nerve saying that and not being in someones shoes that has had a TL. I'm a personal trainer and I had my tubes tied. I can;t lose the last 15 pounds no matter what. My hormones are a mess. Maybe you should search PTLS before opening your mouth and for saying that, you'll probably gain at least 20 in the next year.
I too have gained so much weight since my tubal ligation.I gained weight the same day I had it done.I have always lost my weight right after my three kids ,but after my tubal gained more weight.I was actually fatter after my tubal than I was pregnant.I too have used a personal trainer for a year and a half and nothing.I was put on a low calorie ,low carb diet and still can't lose weight .I have done jenny Craig ,weight watchers, and diet pills and any other thing you can think of.I have finally went to a bunch of doctors and can't find anything wrong with me,but one doctor told me if I had a reversal the weight would start to come off cause my hormones were messed up because of it. So i have had a reversal done this week ,and we will see what happens. I'm sorry u r having problems with your weigtht all so. I feel your pain and understand that a lot womwn are having the same problems as us.I'm talking millions of women are.So it's not us it's our hormones are messed up. 8-[ so sorry u r suffering.
