Why are AC DC not on iTunes?

The band stated that they did not want their songs sold on iTunes because they want their music to be purchased together as an album as they believe downloading songs as singles would not correctly represent them musically.

AC/DC does not want they're music sold online. This is probably because they want people to buy the whole album, not one or two songs. It could also be because they don't want they're music on the computer at all to prevent illegal downloading of they're songs, which would make them lose album sales.

ACDC does not sell their songs on iTunes because ACDC intended to sell their songs as whole CD's and albums, not individual songs. Since iTunes will only sell ACDC's songs in full album andindividual songs, ACDC and iTunes could not reach an agreement and their songs are not on iTunes.

There are bands that do copy ACDC's songs, like AC/dB, but that is about as close to an ACDC song as you can get on iTunes.

ac/dc are not on itunes because they do not want people to hack into itunes and steal ac/dc songs

which i think is pretty stupid.

if you want ac/dc on itunes go onto itunes and type in ac/db, they are a tribute band to ac/dc and they sound exactly like the real ac/dc.
