That movie is called Clambake and it was made in 1967 and Elvis' costar was Shelley Fabares.
In this movie Elvis initially is the rich son of an Oilman, named Scott Heyward, but then decides to switch places with a "non-rich man" named Tom Wilson.
During this movie Elvis, still playing the role of a "non-rich man" named Tom Wilson, tries to woo Shelley Fabares (who has agreed to go on a date with a wealthy man played by Bill Bixbie) while working as a ski instructor AND restoring a racing boat.
In the end Elvis rebuilds the boat, wins the race, gets the girl and earns the respect of his Father.
