Try adding a fuel line cleaning solution to the vechile next time you fill up. ADDITION>>>> Look at your Tachometer when this happens, is it climbing? If it is look at your transmission, is it slipping? Do you have Quadra Trac? If so is your xfer case slipping? Do you hear a clunking when it jerks? If so is it front or rear end? there are MANY things that can cause a jerking under acceleration... is it hard acceleration? From a stop or during movement? More info is needed!
