It depends - what instrument are you playing? Instruments are pitched in different keys. A Bb on a Flute is a C on a Trumpet. Since the flute is in the key of C and the trumpet is in the key of Bb, the sheet music has to be different.

You need to be more specific about which Superman program. There is the 1950's original TV series, the superman Cartoons, and the Superman movies. They don't all have the same theme songs.
