Turn the ignition to MAR so the radio is on and then leave the key there for 2 - 3 hours without starting the car. it worked on my 147. you can get the code off the web for free from a couple o sites, just look for them. you'll need the serial number of the radio might be in the manual otherwise you need to pull it out of the console and get the s/n off the side. good luck.

Son bought used 300e. Called dealer for info on radio code, which he now has . He was told to turn on radio and wait it the radio shows enter access code. We have left the radio on for hours and nothing. So help please!!!!

Just re did mine.when the radio is showing "code" enter 666 666 then push AUT botton. If the radio is showing EEE.Try again.If the radio is showing "off".You will need to turn ignition to first position (make sure your lights are off) and wait for 2 hour for the security system to reset, then try again.
