It depends on the size of the glass of wine as well as the wine itself, but a generalized answer is "2 pts for 1 small glass(4floz)" per Weight Watchers 1st week book. I am interested in the points plus for a 4 fl-oz glass of Chardonnay Points plus complete food list book- 5 oz - Chardonnay -2 pts
White wine is generally assigned 0.75 points per ounce of wine. An average glass of wine contains 5 to 6 ounces, which would make about 4 points. Weight watchers does differentiate between different types of wine, as their calorie counts do not differ markedly.
Worked out my normal cup of tea on my weightwatcher calculater - normal water and tea bag is zero points, then 2 tsp of sugar was 1 point and 100ml of full fat milk (seems a lot but its not) was 2 points, so overall point rate for a cup of tea is 3 points, hope this helps x

Some members on Weight Watchers eat filling foods only. If not, they should be combined with non-filling foods. Sometimes at night, I'll drink a glass of fat free milk, and it does help.

You mix Bailey's Irish Creme with vodka and ice. Add some chocolate syrup to the glass.
I make it 9 points - 2 points per 175ml (750ml bottle / 175ml glasses = 4.3, 4.3*2=8.6)
I would have gotten the weight of the glass g/cm3 or something and then get the size of the glass (100/50/0,5cm for instance) and calculated the size of the glass ( in this case 2500 cm3) and claculated the weight out of that (some converting processes and such)
