Worked out my normal cup of tea on my weightwatcher calculater - normal water and tea bag is zero points, then 2 tsp of sugar was 1 point and 100ml of full fat milk (seems a lot but its not) was 2 points, so overall point rate for a cup of tea is 3 points, hope this helps x

you can figure it out at a simple website http://internationalweightwatchers.info/online-weight-watchers-point-counter.HTML it gives you a mathematical formular that you can use to figure out any food you like to eat. Or simply when you join weight watchers they give you a book that tells you everything on the McDonalds menu and how many points it is, Hope this helps, Sierra:)
It could be listed on the Weight Watchers website.
They still sell them at Walmart
The number of Weight Watchers points in 2 oz of Italian sausage would depend on the specific brand and recipe of the sausage, as well as the current Weight Watchers program being followed. In general, Italian sausage is a high-fat and high-calorie food, so it would likely have a significant number of points assigned to it. To determine the exact points value, you would need to refer to the Weight Watchers points calculator or database for that specific sausage.
