Worked out my normal cup of tea on my weightwatcher calculater - normal water and tea bag is zero points, then 2 tsp of sugar was 1 point and 100ml of full fat milk (seems a lot but its not) was 2 points, so overall point rate for a cup of tea is 3 points, hope this helps x

Or simply when you join weight watchers they give you a book that tells you everything on the McDonalds menu and how many points it is, Hope this helps, Sierra:)

Both white rice or brown rice are 4 points per cup, cooked. If you are now referring to the new points plus program, the points have changed and both now are 5 points plus per cup, cooked. I am sticking to the old points program and have lost 68 lbs!! I suggest having brown rice, and sweet potatoes rather than white carbs.
