Well my daughters doctor said they are fattening and that she couldn't eat them but if you really have to have one I would say eat lean hamburger meat,the leaner the better.Or try smart ones cheese burgers they are like 6 points I think,check them out in your grocery store freezer.The doctor did say she could eat one once a week as I now remember,the doctor did say that the smart ones is a healthier alternative.Have you tried a portebello burger ,it's a big meaty mushroom,almost as satisfying as a hamburger.Try not to eat much of the bun.
