there is a 17 mm bolt under the engine . through the skid plate remove this bolt and drain oil completely. then replace oil filter on right side of engine ( black o ring to face cover ) replace alum. washer on drain bolt and reinstall . torque to 18 ft/lbs .refill with oil on left side with 2.2 liters of 10w40 . start engine and allow to run for 3-5 mins. at idle . stop engine and check level on dipstick on right side of engine. add oil to level
Run the engine for about five minutes to warm the oil. Any longer than that could make the oil too hot. Park the Honda Rancher on a level surface and turn off the engine. Place the oil pan under the oil plug which is located at the bottom center of your Honda Rancher ATV. The skid plate of the ATV will be between you and the oil plug, however the circular holes on the skid plate allow for easy access to the oil plug. Remove the plug with your socket wrench and let the oil drain into the prepositioned oil pan. Place a towel below the filter casing which is located on the right hand side of the engine. Using the socket wrench remove the three small bolts which attach the lid to the filter casing. Once the lid is removed, oil will spill out of the casing and onto your towel. Remove the oil filter. Wipe down any excess oil which may have spilled on the engine. Insert the new oil filter into the filter casing. Reattach the lid using the three bolts and socket wrench. Reattach the drain plug on the underbelly of the Honda Rancher. Remove the oil pan from underneath the ATV. Unscrew the cap to the oil tank. Using the funnel, pour in two quarts of new four-stroke ATV oil. Reattach the oil cap, and check for proper oil level using the dip stick located near the filter casing. Hope this helped
how do i check the timing on my 02 honda 350 atv
No, a Honda Rancher 350 carburetor will not work on a Honda Rancher 400. The difference in the sizes of the 350 and 400 carburetors are not compatible with each other.
The same place you check it at.

The fuel filter on a 2006 Honda 350 Rancher is typically located along the fuel line, between the fuel tank and the carburetor. It is often housed within a metal or plastic casing to protect it from debris and damage. To access and replace the fuel filter, you may need to remove the fuel line and any surrounding components for easier access.
