I think if a step brother and step sister want to be married it is fine. I have known people who have done this and they are still very happily married after over 30 years.
That is kind of weird. I guess it is okay but is it still weird?

There is no legal impediment to a step brother and step sister marrying, because there is no blood relationship between the two. For this reason it would not be considered a legally prohibited incestuous relationship.
