After you beat the game go to Nimbasa City

If you go to the battle Subway and talk to the prize lady. you can buy a focus Sash for 48 Bp (Battle Points) as well as other items. (that is the wrong answer)

There is a house in route 221, inside there's an old man.

Talk to him once a day and he will tell you to bring him a certain level Pokemon and if you bring him that Pokemon will give you the Focus Sash, Expert belt or Black Belt.
