The puzzle solution was Loud Laughter.(This was a Million Dollar prize winner!)
Do you mean the game show. It uses probability to determine that it will not have a million dollar winner every show. It even uses it to determine that the bonus round will vary the prize with the most rounds being played for the $30,000 prize that is most common on the final round and the 100,000 prize will only show up about once a month. It is used in the game when the wheel is spun and the contestant knows there are many possible outcomes. They know that while they risk a bankrupt or lose a turn wedge based on probability they have a greater chance of adding to their total if they continue to spin and call letters
The contestant solved the Puzzle with the answer of Bird Food and won the $100,000 bonus for a total winnings of over $111,000 on the show. Too bad she lost the million dollar wedge earlier during the game
They start by going to the Wheel Watchers website, using the account with the Spin ID number assigned to it. They must respond within 24 hours of the broadcast.

Contestants have won around, but below $150,000 a few times before the winner of the one million dollar prize. Over 20 people have won the 100,000 prize over the years it has been available
This category is for the USA game show not an Australian Game Show which does not recieve enough questions to have it's own category
There have been 2 million-dollar winners. On October 14, 2008, Michelle Loewenstein became the first contestant to win the $1,000,000 prize . Her total winnings were $1,026,080. Many others have taken the Million Dollar Wedge into the Bonus Round and some have even solved the Final puzzle and won a lower prize because their spin did not land on the Million Dollar Space. Pat Sajak always shows how close the contestant came to landing on the prize. On May 30, 2013, Autumn Erhard of Laguna Niguel, CA became the second person on Wheel of Fortune to have won a million dollars in the Bonus Round. She is now the all-time money winner for the show. Erhard won an additional $30,000 in cash and prizes during the show's regular rounds, bringing her total winnings up to $1,030,340 and making her the new biggest winner for Wheel of Fortune.
The answer depends on the layout of the prize wheel.
There are no new prize amounts except that if the prize is a car they also include another $5,000. The 24 prizes randomly distributed on the Bonus Mini-Wheel include: $30,000 $35,000 $40,000 $45,000 $50,000 1- $100,000 ($1 million if wedge won) 1 - Vehicle Prize + $5000 (increased from $3000)
The wheel has two bankrupts on it not including the bankrupt with the million dollar space in the middle. The space with the million dollar in the middle could be counted as two more bankrupts since the space is divided into thirds. However that divided space is not always present and then they have only two bankrupts.
One can purchase a Prize Wheel online at PrizeWheelDealer. It is one of the good websites to buy prize wheels from. Some of the other good websites which sell Prize Wheels are PrizeWheel, Displays2Go, etc.
