Well, If you want a long answer, go onto the website http://www.pokemon.marriland.com and lick on a little link at the top that says Diamond and Pearl. Then click on Pokedex. Then click on National Pokedex. After that, look through the list to fing Elekid or just tipe in the name at the top. The look at it's ID and stuff. It says it has a chance of holding a Something. You can also check out what it evolves into and where to find it! The shorter way I think it's a 1 in 20 wich is the same as 5% or 0.5.
