The very large rhino-like animal is called a Hammerhead Titanothere. It is a forest herbivore with a bony, "hammerhead" skull. The Na'vi name is angtsìk.

There are several flying creatures that can be seen in the movie, but 2 are the most prominent. The mountain banshee, or ikran in Na'vi, are seen often and are the creatures the Na'vi bond with and ride. The large red flying creature is a Great Leonopteryx, or toruk in Na'vi.
It didn't have one. By the way, they were not dragons; the smaller ones with the wierd chins were called "banshees (plural)" or "ikran (plural and singular)." the bigger ones were called "great leonopteryx (singular; for plural add '-es')" or "toruk." For the the other answer from before, "Toruk Macto" was the Na'vi name for any Na'vi that rode a great leonopteryx.
