The closest thing would likely be the infinite masterballs code for AR-GC for the game Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. There is no way to get a shadow pokemon outside Colosseum or Gale of Darkness and no way to trade one to any other game (including to another save for the same version) until after the pokemon is purified (which means it will no longer be a shadow pokemon).

now that you have the glitch egg, her's the unbelievable shadow luigi glitch:

1.make luigia the first Pokemon on your team

2.put the glitch egg somewhere else on your team

3.battle the elite four, when you beat Cynthia, the glitch egg will look like a black lugia in the hall of fame.

Shadow lugia can not be caught or be caught with action replay and action replay cheat code for shadow lugia does not exist.

There is no Action Replay code to get a Shadow Lugia. However, there are many codes to get a shiny, or normal Lugia, Ho-Oh, or any other legendary. Shadow Lugia isn't even a real Pokemon except for the gamecube game with Shadow Lugia
