∙ 9y agoit's a bad word and I don't think they should be saying it on a show like this watched by MANY 8 year olds. Look it up on urban dictionary.com and you'll find out what it REALLY means.
But on Victorious. The character Andre thinks it's some kind of German sausage.
Chiz can also be a subsitute for bad words, but it is what we can call a "cleaner and nicer" word

Sam says the phrase No Chiz because it is like No Duh, of on Hannah Montana they say ya think. So it's kind of like that. Also Tori said No, chiz on an episode of Victorious. Basically, chiz is just an alternate word for the curse word the S word. Since iCarly & Victorious are shows mostly directed at a younger audience. It wouldn't be appropriate for the characters saying curse words otherwise they shouldn't even be on Nickelodeon and they should be on a different channel like Comedy Central or TBS.
