What happen to Sasuke in the final episode?

sasuke ended up excactly what kakashi sensei told him when naruto and sasuke fought each other, after when he killed itachi he destroyed everyone in the akatsuki orginization, and named it a different organization, and he became the leader of it. and he also went out on to kill naruto, but i won't tell anymore.

My friend Masashi Kishimoto, the author is still writting the chapters, and since the manga has not reached an end, the anime is still on-going. So no, there is no final episode yet. But for speculation, I hope that Sasuke Uchiha dies in it.

In the end nruto fails to save sasuke ,he was trown in to the hospital fo it to.Naruto says that he didnt gi back on his word when sakura was talking to him.And he started training with Jirya a.k.a Pervy Sage for two and half years(!).

Naruto shippuuden is still going, he has currently formed 'hebi' and is hunting itachi, his members include Suigetsu, a genetically altered shinobi who wields zabuzas sword(Kubikiri Houcho) and is after kisames sword, samehada.

He is also accompanied by Jugo who is in possession of the original cursed seal, he follows sasuke because he sees him as his cage, who was formerly kimimaro who died because of sasuke. 3rd is Karin, a woman loyal to the sound and she has the hots for Sasuke, naturally.
