No it is not Possible. PS3s are Blue ray discs and PS2 are DVDs but that does not matter even the developer must rewrite the software to use it on a different platform. Games are software designed exclusive for a platform. Game systems consoles that play more than one type of software or game version were developed to also play the other earlier platform

because the PS2 is not meant to play DVDs it says it is but really...the DVDs are MUCH too hard on the laser for it to be handled frequently so when your PS2 stops playing DVDs STOP trying,..youre on the verge of ruining the PS2 for good! what this guy is saying is a load of kcrap the PS2 is made to play dvds as much as you want it is not hard on the laser at all
