Time your download for a low usage time The PS3 has a speed check feature under network connections. Both your internet connection service and the download site can slow the speed. It took me about 10 minutes to download the Rezurrection Map Pack at 735 MB and the WAW Maps at over 1000 MB. I use a Comcast high speed premium connection that is wired with ethernet cable
20GB, 40GB, 60GB, 80GB, and soon 120GB But you can always add ur own HDD with a USB (Has to be a 2.5) or its really easy to swap the one that came with it with another (2.5 SATA) The PS3 model now sold in the USA are the PS3 120 GB for 299.95 and the 250 GB PS3 for 349.99 retail as of March 24 2010. Some of the 160 GB Drakes Uncharted bundles also exist as well as unsold and refurbished earlier models.
No 56kb is like 0.056 MB 700 MB > 0.056 MB
1 gigabyte is 1024 megabytes. so 3 gigabytes = 3072 megabytes
These are two completely different units of measure. MHZ (megahertz) measures frequency as cycles per second. MB (megabytes) measures memory storage.
An 80g ps3 can hold 80g's of space. To compare to a mp3, it can hold 81920 megabytes, and one song equals about 5 megabytes. So image how many songs it can hold. A lot!!!
Well that all depends on the size of ps3 you have. Lets say a picture takes up about 3 MB and you have a 80G ps3. 80G equals 81920 MB so that's about 1024 pictures.
You cant get the exclusive game for it but if you have a better mb storage for the PS3 you can play the ps2 game on it. Regular PS3 plays ps1 games Slim PS3 (i think) plays ps2 games
It is a downloadable 6 MB file when you purchase the game
The same as 8 GB and it depends on the time and your connection
The PS3 features a slot loading 2x blue ray disk drive. Available hard drive sizes are 20, 40, 60 and 80 GB. All PS3 models have user-upgradeable 2.5" SATA hard drives. The PS3 uses the IBM-designed Cell microprocessor as its CPU. The graphics card is the nVidia RSX 'Reality Synthesizer'. The PS3 has 256 MB of XDR main memory and 256 MB of GDDR3 video memory for the RSX. All of this information comes from Wikipedia, I .
Delete some movies you've already seen, or maybe get a bigger hard drive.
You can have 1,5 it's works a bit but i recommend over 6 mb/s. I have 21 mb/s and it's works fine for me. I hope it helped
Because it's no the same as the Ps3 I'm not going to be mean and delete that answer, so I'll just make my own. The reason why the PSP doesn't have a trophy and a friends list is because of the HDD on the PSP. Although, this is what I believe. I'm also positive because the memory is in megabytes. Comparing that to the PS3 (which is measured in gigabytes) there is probably not nearly enough HDD to have those lists. Not to mention the fact that the PSP was released way before the PS3 and that the PSP's online gaming system is a bit harder to manage because the connection is all done by Wi-Fi. On a PS3 you can connect with an ethernet cable, which makes internet stronger. Main reason why is the HDD space, PSP = Mb PS3 = Gb. Although, this is just my opinion...

This depends on what system you are playing on, and how far you are through the game. I would want at least 1.5gb of free space on a PS3.
It is not the size of the harddrive that allows the PS3 to play the PS2 games or even a method to tell whether they can, but the presence of 4 USB ports that will allow you to identify a PS3 that is able to play PS2 games and is Backward Compatible The 20 GB PS3 could play PS2 games and so could the 60 GB model that was released with it and those machines are called the first generation PS3 Models. The second Generation PS3 model were the 60 GB Model and the 80 GB model and while they could play the PS2 games it was based on Partially software-based PS2 emulation while the earlier models were Hardware-based PS2 emulation. These 1st and 2nd generation PS3 models all included 4 USB ports and also had Flash memory card readers. The 3rd generation of PS3 models had the 40 GB, the 80 GB, and the 160 GB Harddrives but only 2 USB ports and do not play PS2 games with backward compatibility. The fourth Generation of PS3s are the 120 GB and 250 GB PS3 slim model which do not play PS2 games with Backward Compatibility. All PS3 models play PlayStation 1 Games and do so through software emulation. This was an earlier answer that didn't really answer the question Isn't matter about gigabytes (This is the correct spelling by the way) Gigabytes is an amount of memory in which something can hold. As an example: a PS2 had an 8mb (Megabyte) and There is 1000 Megabytes to a gigabyte and a ps3 has 30, 60 or 80 gigabytes. So there is 80,000 megabytes in a ps3 Yes confusing and hope it helped
