Some movies are rated PG14 shouldn't they just be rated R because of violence and sexual content?

because in order to show these movies on TV and there not an actual movie shown in theaters then they have to rate it differently and instead of using pg13 they us pg14 and its not rated R because its not bad enough and it has to be there own rating

the rating rarely provides enough warning of content for one. The rating usually is a red flag for explicit sexual objectification of women, intense violence, gore, gun totting, etc. Most of the movies that have been produced under this rating in the last 5 years have been doing poorly compared to Pg and G movies. Pg 13 has even been doing worse because its content has a tendency to venture more towards R content. it will get worse though
