In what Friends episode did Ross kiss Monica?

Ross and Chandler go to their college reunion and reveal that Ross kissed a girl who Chandler liked. In this flashback, Chandler wanted to seek revenge so he kissed Rachel, who was visiting with Monica at a party. After Rachel passed out, Chandler put her on his bed. However Ross said it was the first time he kissed Rachel, who was on his bed. But as it turns out, Monica was passed out on Ross's bed and thus Ross's first kiss with Rachel, was with Monica.

The latter did not occur on screen, it was told through conversation between Ross, Chandler and Monica.

Joey accidentally proposes to Rachel, when Ross finds out that Rachel said yes he gets mad at Joey for not telling him. Joey and Ross later run into each other at the coffee house. Joey tells Ross to hit him because he knows that Ross is mad. When Ross goes to hit Joey he ducks down and Ross hits a pole. Ross asks why Joey ducked, in reply Joey states that it was a reflex reaction and goes to hit Ross to prove it but Ross doesn't duck and Joey hits him in the face.
