I'm pretty sure it does. Well, acctually for me it does. If you want it to grow back, make sure you have plenty of grass for the sheep and feed at least 2 sheep wheat to mate and make a baby sheep, also, keep them happy by feeding them grass. To feed them, put grass down (Grass Block) and they eat it, it turns into dirt, replace it. Once you have done this, the sheep should grow back in somewhere around 5-10 minutes.
Sorry, ID045531799, I thought your's would save.
It takes 4 to 6 years to grow back to the same maturity
There are about 40 million sheep in New Zealand, and about 4 million people. The number of sheep is once again increasing, but it will be a long time, if ever, that it reaches its historic high of about 80 million.

Kittens don't grow in minecraft
You can breed them just like any other animal in minecraft, but they will also just respawn if you wait long enough.
it doesnt
If you breed a sheep with another sheep, a baby sheet will spawn. So long as the two sheep are adults, when you enter them into love mode (done by giving them wheat) a baby sheep will be spawned.

It happens instantly. Feed one some wheat, and the moment it contacts another sheep, a lamb will be born.
