All you have to do is buy the "Vibromatic Heart Bed" then, using the male or female, click on the bed and choose "Vibrate" then, using the other character, click on the bed and choose "play in bed". After doing this a couple times, a box may appear and it will say "Should we have a baby?" and you can choose yes or no, and if you say yes, then a baby will pop up in a crib
