They will leave a suitcase behind. Walk up to it and press A. Two Starlys will fly at you and then the suitcase will open and you can chosse out of Piplup (who evolves into Prinplup then Empoleon), Turtwig (who evolves into Grotle then Torterra) or Chimchar (who evolves into Monferno then Inferape). To do this, you must press up (on the directional buttons), Select and the B button simultaneously. Remember that once you delete the saved data, it can never be restored. After you delete the previous game, select the 'new game' option. Of course, if you have not saved on that card before, just select the 'new game' option.
hold down left on control pad and push down L and R shoulder keys at the same time 3 times in a row. Make sure you are holding down the left on control panel the intire time.
