I would recommend that you go to a salon and get it done. I've cut my hair myself before and it just turned out horrendous. (that is, unless you are use to and/or good at cutting your own hair.) Just be sure to take a few different pictures of him with you so that you can show the stylist and explain what you want done. (i've been known to take anime characters or video game character's pictures into the salon with me. don't be ashamed of your inner nerd!)

Anakin's hair is just a little bit above shoulder length. There are "long layers" in it. (nothing too short and crazy about them) It also helps if you have naturally wavy hair (if you don't you can use hot rollers to achieve the look. they cause the least amount of damage to your hair out of all the heat hair styling tools that I have found so far.)

So basically, you just get your hair cut a little bit abover shoulder length and then add a few long layers into it. He has a bit of bangs (or fringe whatever you wish to call it) too, but they blend into the rest of his hair.
