Dean dies because of the deal, but Castiel the angel of The Lord carries him out of hell and back to life. To confirm that, Dean has this HUGE hand print on this arm (I forgot which one) and that marks where Castiel grabbed him. He appeared in his coffin in Pontiac, Illinois (I think) and drove to Bobby Singer's house. They later on find Sam (who's with Ruby the demon). Later in the middle of the episode they go to Pamela's house (a psychic) who only finds out the name of Castiel, then gets her eyes burned out. Dean and Bobby later go to a barn and perform a summoning ritual to summon whoever brought Dean back to life. Castiel arrives and introduces himself. Dean thinks Castiel seems a bit sketchy but eventually he gets pass that.
Hope this helped! (Wow, I basically described the whole entire episode O_O)
Ah, that's a moment filled with emotions, isn't it? Dean finds out about Sam drinking demon blood in Season 4, Episode 21 titled "When the Levee Breaks." It's a tough situation for both brothers, but remember, mistakes are just happy accidents on the canvas of life.
No nobody dies at the end of Season 5 (except Lucifer and Michael go back inside their cage), SPOILER ALERT- Castiel gets blown up and bobby gets his neck broken by Lucifer temporally, yet are brought back to life shortly after.
The character Sam in Supernatural is related to the character Dean but the actors Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are not real-life brothers. so yeah there not biologicaly related

A hell hound rips at her stomach and she risks her life to help sam and dean escape by blowing herself up
Dean Winchester is the main character, along with his brother Sam Winchester on the US hit series Supernatural. Dean and Sam are hunters, because their dad brought them into that life, always moving school when younger, never had a permanent friend, ect.Anyway, their dad brought them into a life like that because of the incident that happened to their mother, when little Sammy Winchester was only 6 months old. The-Yellow-Eyed-Son-Of-A-Bitch-Demon dropped demon blood into Sam's mouth, to this day he has demon blood and it turns out now, he is the Devils, yes Luciphers, vesel in the fight against Heaven. Dean, however is Micheals vesel. But angels have to have permission to entre someone's body and use them for a vesel so Dean and Sam have to accept, unlike Demons, who just possess you.if you don't know Who Dean Winchester is, i suggest you watch Supernatural. IT IS AWESOME!

I'd have to assume you are talking about the show Supernatural; so yes there are a few books and some graphic novels. The graphic novels focus on the beginning of Sam and Dean life and childhood, and John's beginning in the Supernatural. The books however are not the episodes, they are stories that happen between the episodes. There are also books such a reference book about ghouls, vampires, ghosts, and werewolves based off of Supernatural. There is also a book that came out that is John Winchester's diary. :)
No. James Dean was not in It's a Wonderful Life.
Dean goes to hell in the end of season 3 but made the deal with the crossroads demon to save Sams life after another of the phycic demon blood people stabs him in the back in the end of season 2. Then at the start of season 4 an angel named castiel, under the order of god, pulls him out of hell with no bruises or scars.
