No, but in the later mangas, Kyo and Tohru do have a child. It never shows a name or anything, but they have a son, and later on in the last few pages of volume 23 it shows them as an older couple and they have a granddaughter.

She's Tohru and Kyo's granddaughter. Remember in the middle of the manga, it shows Kyo and a little boy, and it Natsuki Takaya wrote a little paragraph about Kyo and at the bottom it says "I have a feeling Kyo will make a Kind father" Well, then there was another page, and the next page showed Tohru. Well it was their whole family. "Tohru and Kyo" that's what the little girl said "Where's Tohru and Kyo?" Mom: "you mean grandma and grandpa?" granddaughter: "But Tohru said to call her by NAME." Yeah, I know Kisa calls Shigure Grandpa Shigure, but in the picture Kyo and Tohru were an older couple. Some people called the picture on the last page the Tohru Kyo and daughter, but that was Tohru as a little girl and her family. And besides, why would kyo wear a work suit? haha. I think they only have a son, cuz it shows a young boy with Kyo in the middle of the book, and the woman was probably their son's wife, and the little girl was their grandchild. But it doesn't say their names. :( i wish they did and it would make so much more sense. and the picture on the last page shows a photo and some people think it's kyo and tohru, but it's really tohru and her parents

Yes XD Tohru told him her true feelings for him, and all of this stuff happened, but later on Tohru ends up falling off a cliff (not Kyo's fault, he wasn't there. Akito was, not really Akito's fault either though) And Kyo finds her and kisses her, but she is unconscious and unaware of that.He also kisses her in either volume 22 or 23, (I can't remember which),and this time Tohru is awake. Well, he never has feelings for Tohru in the Fruits Basket anime, I mean he does, but not in that way. In episode 26, it gets a bit dramatic, and he hugs her a stuff, but he never loves her like that. No one ever ends up together in the anime. But in the manga they do. The first few volumes drawings aren't that good, but later on in the manga, its said that Natsuki Takaya hurt her hand, and after she got a whole lot better and all the characters started looking really good :) The anime only goes up to manga volume 6, but some stuff throughout volume 8 was put into the anime. But what happens in episode 26 happens in volume 6. Kyo tells his feelings to Tohru in volume 22 I think and it all ends well with them two together :)
