No, but in the later mangas, Kyo and Tohru do have a child. It never shows a name or anything, but they have a son, and later on in the last few pages of volume 23 it shows them as an older couple and they have a granddaughter.

either they had a daughter who got a kid later or they had a son who got a kid later somehow. cuz all you see is a mom and her kid at the end. the mom could be their daughter or daughter in law.

Well it was their whole family. Well, he never has feelings for Tohru in the Fruits Basket anime, I mean he does, but not in that way. In episode 26, it gets a bit dramatic, and he hugs her a stuff, but he never loves her like that. No one ever ends up together in the anime. But in the manga they do. The first few volumes drawings aren't that good, but later on in the manga, its said that Natsuki Takaya hurt her hand, and after she got a whole lot better and all the characters started looking really good :) The anime only goes up to manga volume 6, but some stuff throughout volume 8 was put into the anime. But what happens in episode 26 happens in volume 6. Kyo tells his feelings to Tohru in volume 22 I think and it all ends well with them two together :)

Fruits Basket episode 23 is about Tohru trying to figure out how to help Ritsu,the monkey. He has a hard time in life and doesn't seem to know who he is. Tohru finally helps him by speaking with him while they're alone. Ritsu is the son to the lady at the hot spring Yuki, Tohru, Kyo, and Momiji got to for white day,(I think,probably gold weak or something).SO..
