Darth Vader
the medical droid (the 2-1b) only treat luke, then is outclassed and destroyed. it never works on Vader
To the best of my knowledge he sees his lightsaber and severed hand falling below him.
Luke is resisting giving in to the Dark Side, so Darth Vader is fighting Luke with his light saber, and cuts off Luke's hand to show him his power, and to even further persuade him in joining him (Darth Vader) on the Dark Side. This act of cutting someone's hand off is called Cho Mai according to Jedi records. This is considered merciful by most Sith Lords who prefer killing their opponent.
Depends on how you look at it. Luke did cut off Vader's prosthetic hand and then realized he was doing wrong and he was going down the dark road when he saw his own prosthetic hand. Then of course, the Emperor took advantage of Luke refusing to give in to the dark side.
Anakin Skywalker, in Episode II, Luke Skywalker, in Episode V, and a wampa, also in Episode V. Technically there's more, as Vader lost his hand in Episode VI (Luke did too, so that must mean that hands count) and C-3P0 was blown apart in Episode VI.
Darth Vader
Luke Skywalker is married to former Emporor's Hand Mara Jade. They have a son named Ben, after Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Yes. He married fellow Jedi and former Emperor's Hand Mara Jade in 19 ABY
Luke Skywalker's original lightsaber, from Obi Wan Kenobi, was blue. However, in a fight with Darth Vader, he cuts off Luke's hand with the blue lightsaber. After this, when he got a new hand, Luke decided to get a new lightsaber. The new one was green. P.S. Skywalker is not hyphenated.

Yes, to a woman called Mara Jade, who is later killed by their nephew, Jacen Solo. They have a son named Ben Skywalker. I thought jedi couldn't marry. Actually I'm adding to the jedi couldn't marry thing. I didn't say that someone else did... But Luke Skywalker thought that some of the old jedi principles didn't need to take place in the new JEdi Order.
