The item doesn't exist in the game code for Platinum. Ragecandybar was an item sold in Gold/Silver/Crystal. The fact that they are "sold out" of Rage Candy Bar's is just for text/story purpose. You can't actually buy them, and there is no reason you would want to. They are literally just simple potions (cost 300 and heal 20).
