Instead of them coming here, they need to find a way to improve their gov. and their economy. They should expand businesses and provide more jobs in their own country. They need to stabelize the government, enforce the laws, save money for education, tuition, supplys, clothes, ect. They also need better security and medical care. Immigrants need to stay in their own country and find ways to improve it instead of coming to ours.
