agent orange probably wasn't used, but at several maintenance facility throughout Germany tanks, trucks, etc were either repaired or junked and thereby put the soldiers and civilians at risk.. I know one installation that
received a lot of such equipment from Vietnam it was located in Roedelheim, Germany.. I worked there from the mid to late 60's...and later gave birth to a child that had illnesses related to agent orange....
