Melacare as a cream is generally not advised by any doctors. My beautician advised it and i ended up with a lot of problems. Its a steriod based cream . The initial days of using it will leave your skin bright and glowing and slowly you will find yourself getting darker. It should never be used during the day time as it reacts severely to the sun. If you are ever contemplating using the cream, pls dont. Consult your dermatalogist for any acne related problem.
