Well, you need water to live because your body run on water. You can experience dehydration and die if you do not quench your thirst. But, that doesn't mean you have to drink water; you could drink Juice, Tea, Milk, Soda, ECT. But it isn't healthy. You should drink 8 8oz. glasses of water PER DAY to stay healthy. If your urine is yellow then you need more water.

Water is also good for:

  • Thirst
  • Playing sports
  • Complection (SKIN)
  • Joints
  • Headaches
