Are you talking about Kolonopin? Everyones body metabolizes things differently. So the affects may last longer in someone that has a slow metabolism and affect you for a shorter time if your body metabolizes things at a fast rate. It's called practicing medicine because it's a "practice"! No doctor can say with %100 accuracy "exactly" how long any drug will last in any specific person.
