Raw sugar is less processed than white sugar, but it has so little nutitive value that ii cannot actually be considered to be good for us.
Jackson is neither good nor bad because he is one of us. All of us are human and all of us have a little good and a little 'not so good' in us. So, Jackson is just the same.
you might go on a sugar high and have lots of energy, if you have too much sugar all the time and don't burn up the energy from eating it then the sugar is stored as fat till you need to use it.
300 grams of sugar or 300 grams of carbohydrates (some of which was sugar)? Processed or mostly from fruit? 300 grams of processed sugar is a lot. Yes, that's bad. Unless you happen to need thousands of extra calories than the rest of us, that much sugar is way too much. Even 300 grams from fruit is...well, it's a lot of fruit. The RDA for carbohydrates is about 300 grams- most of which should not be sugar!
don't yell at me if i get this wrong :3, ok so most people recommend getting a certain amount of salt per day, too little is unhealthy, on the other hand to much can also be unhealthy, im not rly suure about sugar...
It certainly contributes to the problem if you eat too much. It is probably the sugar in chocolate that hurts us more than the fat in chocolate. Sugar causes the insulin levels to rise, and then the insulin gets busy story excess blood sugar as fat. Eat less sweet and higher cocoa chocolate. It is delicious but a little less likely to cause a binge; at least that's true for me.

most US sugar is refined from Sugar Beets - but not all of it, the rest is from Sugar Cane.
It is how you look at it. It can be bad for the world (Global Warming and stuff) but it can help us in many ways too!
